Wouldn’t recommend this location. Today went and got Bagel bites they were still frozen in the middle. The guy working then proceeds to take the bag back after I had taken a bite and “reheats them”. Also due to “budget cuts/ there too expensive ” they don’t offer pup cups at this location either.
I live in charlotte and this was the best dunkin I have been to in a very long time! Great food and fresh coffee!

Black lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and should have better customer service. Does not know how to do her job.
