I’m sorry if this is very rude but every time I decide to come to this location I get my order taken by an older Indian gentleman and 100 percent of the time he gets my order wrong. Just went inside this morning hoping someone else would be working up front but it was him. Asked for a simple cookie dough iced coffee just like it’s advertised on the menu. Just had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin on Summit in Elgin. We stood at the counter for a long time and not a single employee acknowledged us—not even a simple “hi.” The lack of basic courtesy was enough for us to just walk out. Do better.

This is my favorite dunkin in all of elgin. Every dunkin i go to, i get the same iced coffee and a different result everytime. this location always makes my coffee perfect. they are always so friendly, fast, and never get my order wrong
This Dunkin is awful. If you are open until 9:00 pm, why are the doors locked at 8:40? Ridiculous!
