The one in Euless was bad enough… This location is as bad! I went to the car service a few months ago and ordered a latte that was pure ice. Went this morning and those two young man have no idea what they are doing. I totally think a boss and more experienced worker should be there, of course, Sunday morning will be busy. Service has slowed down and ordered two bagel sandwiches today as take out order. Left tip...One was barely assembled in the wrapper.
The staff is super nice and always helpful. Miranda is always cheerful when helping my kiddos.
I had a bad experience with an employee at the drive thru window. She was very rude and wasn't afraid or ashamed, I might add, to show her displeasure in helping me or trying to answer my question. Granted I did mess up the mobile order because I was trying to apply an offer/promotion and wasn't sure how to do that and I ended up purchasing two drinks and was hoping they could apply the offer to my order at the window.
