I picked up a mobile order at this Dunkin location around 10:10 AM and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. She had a curly ponytail, glasses, and a noticeably rude attitude that made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I’m not sure why someone with such a poor approach to customer service is working at the front counter. Tried it once, and wasn't impressed. Already THREE mom and pop donuts shops withing a mile. One in the same dang shopping center. Would rather support them than a chain donut store
WHY ARE YOU GUYS SO SLOW?! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ALL I WANT IS COFFEE AND TO NOT BE LATE FOR WORK!!!
