Yeah this place sucks, placed a mobile order was waiting close for my drinks. The employees were just dropping orders off without saying whose order belongs to who. Random person just grabbed my drink and casually starts drinking it. I told the employee what happened I wasn’t even acknowledged, and when I repeated my self they disregarded me took the drink back instead of just letting them have it or throw it out. Costumer service is ok but not satisfactory. And they don’t offer real meat, this location is kinda vegetarian or vegan. So if you crave a sausage egg and cheese croissant not in this location. Maybe because it’s kosher.
