It's a vegan dunkin. I didn't know this before asking when I arrived and was met with the worst customer service by one of the cashiers when I asked if they served real meat and if their half n half was also vegan. I am fine with them not offering proper food, but the attitude and lack of customer service, even for a Dunkin was off putting.

Burned my sandwich and were incredibly rude when I asked them politely to make me another one. Then I looked up at them and they yelled at me to be more patient, I didn’t even say anything.

Yeah this place sucks, placed a mobile order was waiting close for my drinks. The employees were just dropping orders off without saying whose order belongs to who. Random person just grabbed my drink and casually starts drinking it. I told the employee what happened I wasn’t even acknowledged, and when I repeated my self they disregarded me took the drink back instead of just letting them have it or throw it out.
