When I ordered my drink was halfway and I paid 7 dollars for a half drink and when I told them about it they had an attitude and I couldn’t understand because of the thick accent. So I left feeling unsatisfied and paying 7 dollars for a drink that’s half full
Pull up to the drive-thru, get yelled at by the person. I say one moment as I'm still looking at the menu they say hello are you there screaming at me like what the hell. I said one moment and then they said it again. Very bad customer service. I will never return to that location the folks there need to learn customer service. Needless to say I told them to have a great day and to learn how to be a better customer service rep and I would take my business elsewhere and drove off.
I have had a bad experience with the hot food items. The have had a chemical smell and taste. Friendly service and the coffee and pastries seem to be fine.
While ordering it was unable to make out what they were saying, as well as them having a very unfriendly manner. The coffees were exceptional but ALL the donuts were so poorly frosted I was better off going to Walmart to get them I was overall so disappointed!!!
