Horrible service I went there today after a long day of work just wanting a coffee and the guy in drive through was so rude !! Yelling at me because he didn’t hear my order or maybe it was because I asked for almond milk and instead of mocha drizzle . I wanted Carmel . The drink is horrible and Tasted watery … will not be going here again and I just moved to Eagan now have to drive to a different location I’m just not impressed with them!!!!
Okay. This might be a bit harsh of a review, but I used to work for the franchise that owns this Dunkin. I ordered through the app this morning and my partner got their food. But, when it came to my apple braid and my bottle of Pop the mark was missed. A. I was treated like I was stealing from them, even though I ordered it. B. I got the wrong baked good. I got a strawberry donut, not the apple braid I was charged for. C. I had to ask for a starry 3 times!!!! Elias, I know you read these. Please, come on, this is ridiculous.... read more

Before I begin my review I find it interesting that the same location has two separate Google search results? I reviewed the Baskin-Robbins side of the business, but will review the Dunkin side. Being both businesses reside in the same building. With that said. From the few times I have visited this location have found the employees to be okay in the performance of their duties. A little more training would do wonders in my opinion. But, I digress here. Dunkin rebranded themselves and dropped the "Donuts" portion awhile back... read more
