employee got annoyed when I was placing an order where she then told me they no longer have that item on the menu. Said no problem and she rolled her eyes and got nasty. Made me feel like I had to order something in order to please them for “service”… was in the mood for a specific item, don’t carry the item? COOL! I’ll go to the next place for the next thing on my cravings! Customer service SUCKS!!! DO BETTER!
terrible service, always locking the doors on teenages who are just trying to buy food, closing 30 minutes early, the workers dont speak english, never over 2 workers there, and the manager is so rude to everyone, i would give this dunkin 0 stars if i could.
Mobile pick up orders are never ready on time and you can go in there 20 minutes after the store opens and there’s still not one doughnut on the shelf. Get it together.
