The employees usually are kind but this morning I experienced the rudest associate. I ordered a to go order 25 mins prior and looked at the orders for mine and instead of telling me kindly it wasn’t ready- she chastised me for looking and almost yelled. Of note- I ordered 2 donuts, munchies and one coffee. Nothing to cook tha would have taken 40 mins at 7am. Teach your employees customer service! Kindness goes a long way!
The drive through takes 10 minutes just to move one car length and has no way to get out of line. This is ludicrous. From, someone who’s been in line for 30+ minutes.
We pulled in at 12:15....there are 2 cars in front of us it is now 12:42and the same 2 cars are in front of us waiting for coffee, we be at the slowest place in the world!!!!!! Our cups were 3/4ths full and they still managed to screw up the order....AVOID ATCALL COSTS!!!!!!!
