Horrible customer service! I just left this location and I am absolutely disgusted at the service I just received. I ordered almost $20 worth of items and asked for the longer straws for my medium drinks. The young lady said no I can't give you longer straws for medium drinks with an attitude. I order from dunkin every day sometimes 2-3 times a day! I never had this issue before!! Avoid this location!
my wife ordered a meal deal this morning and the croissant had mold all over the top, her and i tried calling and went right to voicemail, tried to refund it on the app and wasn’t able to. trashy store and customer service
Burnt my croissant sandwich, had them remake it, & it was still burnt. Burnt it until it was a crispy croissant and no longer a buttered croissant. Rude customer service.
Awful service
So this place will not put your stevia in your drink claiming they dont wear gloves. But yet they put their hands all over your cup with no gloves. So going thru drive thru you have to stop somewhere and put the stevia in and stir it up in your car before you can go about your day. Anyplace else they put it in for you.
