I’ve gone through this drive-through weekly and the gentleman who works the evening shift is top-notch ..excellent customer service and always leaves a smile in our face.
WORST DUNKIN. Drinks have WAY too much ice in them. Way over the ice line. The straw broke trying to get into the drink. Ridiculous. They gave me everything bagel minis when I clearly ordered plain. I was able to notice that mistake and tell them to fix it before I left. They asked me to pull around to the front to give me the 3 munchkins and when I left and opened the bag, OF COURSE they are the wrong flavors. Very crusty gross donuts. I ordered an Americana hot coffee, and sausage, egg and cheese muffin sandwich on February 23, 2025 at 8:00a.m. About an hour after consuming my meal, I felt discomfort in my throat when swallowing. I knew it was my adrenal glands that were swollen as I have had that experience before when my immune system is under attack. “Disappointed with the drive-thru service at this location The staff was unprofessional, impatient, and had a high temper when addressing customer concerns. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to clarify, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Fast service is important, but so is treating customers with respect. I hope management addresses this behavior.”
Ordered a medium matcha, did NOT ask for extra sugar, and the drink I got was way too sweet to drink. It’s disgustingly sweet. I’ve ordered this exact thing at other Dunkin’s and never had an issue
