This used to be my favorite dunkin to come to. The girls working here knew my name and the sound of my voice when I came through the drive thru. I don’t know what has happened, but it seems like they have all new staff that have absolutely NO idea what they’re doing. It’s absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews, but it’s extremely disappointing to have a favorite place to go turn into an absolute dumpster fire. Worst experience at Dunkin. Took 30 minutes to get stuff. 4 employees, looked like no leadership around. Only 1 employee was working and that's the girl that was making food. The other 3 were standing around or in slug mode. Kudos to the girl making food who actually had a work ethic.
Literally no sausage in my breakfast sandwich, how is this location even here after looking at all the one star reviews. Staff looks lost
Worst DD Location. It’s dirty. They are understaffed and undertrained. Time thru drive through is lengthy and drinks aren’t made correctly. They are consistently inconsistent. I was also charged for 2 drinks but only received one and the drink was wrong BOTH times they tried to make it
0 stars This was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and I truly feel sorry for anyone else who has had an experience like mine. My sister and I ordered a sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream cold foam, but what we received was a large cup of plain cold brew with no ice and no foam. When I went back inside to explain the issue, the employee (a young woman with red hair) showed no concern at all.
