waited in line at the drive through for 30 mins when the employee finally got came on to take my order I let him know that there was a 30 min wait and there was a line of cars, he went ballistic and started ranting and raving on how they have a delivery truck in the parking lot, like that is somehow the problem the customers. The Store is remodeled and looks great! But the service was really poor. I waited for 7 minutes until one of the employees finished talking to her co worker and decided to actually take my order. I ordered a matcha and it was not made to dunkin standard either. The matcha was lumpy on the bottom and I could tell she did not use a blender as instructed. I paid $9 for one drink and it was made like crap. My shot of espresso that I paid an extra $1.79 for was also missing.

Been coming here for long time. always get LG iced coffee. Idn what they gave me this morning,it was just about the nastiest tasting thing I've ever had.dumped the entire thing out.Not sure I'll go back if that's what they are putting out as product now.
