Coffee is always fresh and hot and they make it absolutely perfect. As well as their breakfast sandwiches. Bacon's crispy, hash browns are crispy their just perfect. The best dunkin' donuts in the area ... And I've been to all of them!
Horrible customer service, old tasting coffee, nasty atmosphere. Just rehire people who actually care about their job.
I am currently at the drive thru window here and Jessica S is doing a phenomenal job given the fact the line is wrap around the building. She remain positive, apologetic and insured my order was correct. A positive attitude and a smile can make all the difference in a customer experience. Great job Jessica, and happy holidays!
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. What happened today feels like outright theft. I placed an order in the drive-thru, and when I reached the window, I asked to clarify the order because it was wrong. After clarifying, I was given a new total. I handed over my card and then had to ask for my receipt — it was not going to be provided unless I requested it.
