An absolute refusal of customer service. I am getting frosted donuts for my kids who are in car seats and in efforts to reduce a mess, I asked if we can get the frosted donuts in a munchkin box instead of a bag. Something that Dunkin has ALWAYS DONE. This store refuses to. So I’ll refuse to come back. Doesn’t surprise me, Dunkin’s everywhere tend to give bad experience.
I never know what I want when I go but they ALWAYS help me make the perfect choice. I love this Dunkin!
Worst Dunkin' service ever.. hands down!!!
Ordered two plain bagels toasted with cream cheese. The bagels weren’t even warm. The cream cheese wasn’t put on the bagels either they just put dipping cups into the bag and no silverware to even put it on the bagels myself. My wife got a chocolate strawberry coffee and it has no chocolate in it but the label says chocolate syrup on it. And for two coffees they gave one straw.
