When I got to the window I waited for 7 minutes before I anyone took my order, then after I asked why it took so long (there were only 3 cars in front of me) they said “it’s not that deep and I need to get over myself”. I left the line after that.
I just went there and the wait times were ridiculous, I ordered a regular coffee and the coffee tasted old and overly sweet! I also order a maple croissant and hash browns which were both overly toasted. Do not recommend, go to the one on Bruce B Downs blvd.
there appears to be a bug in my coffee and it tastes bad
I set in drive thru for 10 mins, 5 of that was trying to get Jessica who’s on headset to pay attention and take my order! Then I pull to the window, where Jessica had HUGE ATTITUDE, I proceeded to ask for her name to where I got eye rolls, and ignored, then she pushed the drinks to her co worker to hand to me the drinks, where I then proceeded to ask her name and for a manager ( co worker was the manager) . MY NEAR DEATH DUNKIN EXPERIENCE: First off, I never leave bad reviews. BUT I’m never coming to this Dunkin’ again. I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk and caramel, and the employee added four pumps of caramel without my request, and then charged me extra for it. Then they gave me the wrong receipt for my order, which felt like an attempt to hide the overcharge.
