Did online order and no wait. Restrooms were clean.
All breakfast sandwiches and excellent hot chocolate!
Mon-Sun: 4:30 AM - 7:00 PM. These are the hours posted online AND on their door! So why, when I arrived @ 4:35 am and stood at the door for almost 15 minutes-in the cold rain!!!-did no one unlock the door? All lights were on. I saw a fair skinned lady with dark hair between counter and 'coffee' areas. ??? VERY DISAPPOINTED! If I choose to spend money on frozen donuts, you could at least keep posted hours!!!
Worst service on the weekends. Usually out of donuts by 9am. Was told last time, "we are really busy so just give us a break". Wow.
Pumpkin pie donuts aren't as good as they look.
Service is always slow in the drive thru
Friends on the East Coast (where Dunkin is everywhere like Starbucks) say you MUST try seasonal drinks. Oh, and the Butternut donut is my favorite by far.
