Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts in America & the woman employee who smokes cigarettes outside near the drive thru with the attitude is the reason why.
TRASH !!!!!! The service is horrible the employees are lazy. Literally just standing around. I ordered online. I arrived 30 min after ordering online and it still wasn’t ready. Then when I got it my order was wrong. The sandwich was wrong. One sandwich was MISSING A PIECE OF BREAD. My donuts were wrong !!!! My coffee was wrong. At this point I just wanted to get out of there I was livid. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. Ladies came in after me and got their food before me! They ALL should be retrained. Frozen french vanilla coffees are absolutely the best.
The frozen coffee's never come out right, they're always too saturated with whatever cream or milk is used. Better off going to the one on the corner of Florida and Bearss. And y'all desperately need a canopy for your drive thru.
