Friendly staff and good coffee
Giving two stars because this is my 3rd time here. First two times were great. The guy taking orders was very nice and polite today. However, whoever's taking orders should not be allowed to take orders.They probably shouldn't be allowed to talk to the public at all very unprofessional, very rude, and because of lacking the ability to do her job, she started yelling at me
Nicest people I have ever come across at Dunkin. The 2 ladies working inside this store were so nice, great customer service, funny and professional. You ladies made my day. It’s great to see kindness still out there. Happy Saturday ladies
I ordered online the night before our company brunch, paying $56 dollar for breakfast items. I was expecting the order to be ready at 8:30 am. My Daugther picked up the order and didn’t check that all the items were there. Guess what, a whole box of minis donuts, 2 cinnamon bagel and 2 muffins were missing. When I called to complain the answer was that they run out of cinnamon bagels (but the didn’t bother to charge me for those) and to go back with all the items so they can check I was saying the truth…what????
