Update: DO NOT USE THE APP. I ordered my food on the app but when I was constantly talked rude to over the speakerphone I decided to cancel. They told me I had to do it on the app. The app has nowhere to cancel so I contacted customer service and been getting the run around for almost a month and still no refund. So now they think it’s okay to steal ppls money. This is the Dunkin closest to my job so I've been here multiple times before leaving this review. Every single time the employees seem miserable. Terrible customer service. I pull up to the speaker and it's what do you want? I pulled up to the window after giving my name for my mobile order at the speaker and the lady hands me my coffee and bag of food without a single word or smile.
