I’ve gave this Dunkin so many chances and I’m done. There’s a lot I can write but I’ll stick to whatever is at the top of my head…I usually go every morning and get my stuff myself, there’s an employee at the drive thru window with a horrible attitude. If you hate your job then find a new one. I’ve been served sandwiches with cold cheese on them, when brought to their attention, I’m told “you need to ask for your sandwich to be warm” like what?! Horrible service. I entered at 2:30 PM and waited to order. Well, that wait turned into waiting for more than 10 minutes! Workers treated me as if I did not exist, and would ignore me while I waited at the front to order. I wouldn’t come here unless you want to wait around 20 minutes to just order and wait for your order.
