I just wanted to share my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese with hash browns, but I never received the hash browns, and the sandwich I got was burnt and so hard it felt like chewing cardboard. I didn’t mind the long wait to order or receive my food, but getting something poorly made and missing items feels disrespectful and like a waste of money. I hope this can be addressed, as I really expected better quality and care with my order.
