Horrible watered down decaf. I wanted hot coffee and it was lukewarm warm. I also told him from the begging I wanted a hot decaf with skim and French vanilla shot. He stops me and ask how do you want it. $3 rip off.
I previously left a bad review for this location but they have redeemed themselves in the 2 years since I did. I go here every morning and the staff now knows my name and checks how I'm doing daily. They are kind and my coffee is always ready even when they are busy (I order ahead on the app). Great location and the manager knows what he is doing.
Corporate, you need to fix the scheduling here because there’s no reason there should be just ONE employee trying to run the store on a Sunday at 4:30. This isn’t the first time they locked the doors. Months ago all women were here, they were amazing, and now they’re all gone and the service is poor. I feel bad for these workers. How is there only one, I really don’t get it. It’s cold and the door is locked.
Worst Dunkin' I've ever been to on Long Island! First I was given Hot Coffee instead of Hot Chocolate, and then I was given a Hot Chocolate that was blended manually and very poorly. It tasted like drinking extremely hot water, and it was so hot it burned both my tongue and fingers. it Not sure if their machine was broken. The lid also wouldn't stay on the cup. One of my two go-to Dunkin's in my neighborhood and they always treat me right. They see me coming and they pour my coffee and prepare it the way I like without having to say a word. While this may be common for a lot of regulars who go to their neighborhood coffee shops, these guys and girls here are really on top of their game. It may be a Dunkin' like you find elsewhere in the country, but this place really stands out.
