I’ve been working in the area for about 10 years now and go to this Dunkin often. For the first time, I Found myself thinking I don’t think I’m going to come back here anymore. I tried one more time today after work, and the customer service is just terrible, along with the food quality declining. We ran out of coffee at home so in a moment of desperation at 7am I ran down to Dunkin for coffee and breakfast for the family. I don’t usually get trash junk food like this, and now I’m reminded why. Not only is the food the lowest rung for quality, it’s overpriced. $4 for a large coffee that is watered down bath water I wouldn’t serve my worst enemy, the sandwiches are worse than I would expect from the trashiest roadside shack.
