Very convenient walk from work and usually very nice employees. However, as of recent, the mother of a closing employee has been heckling customers and she has been heard telling her son to close the doors 10-20 minutes early. I can't say anything as to the professionalism of the boy but his mother isn't on the payroll, nor is she affiliated with Dunkin. Having her and his family parked out in the parking lot harassing people and dictating closing hours is just not the best look and should be addressed. The business lost fro... read more
The workers laugh at you for their own incompetence. I tried ordering and the system was bad. Eventually it went through however my order was incomplete. Their bagel is as stale as a rubber. I'm a Dunkin fan and this is the wort place ever and it's so sad.
This location repeatedly closes before the official closing time. I’ve been there a couple of times well before 7 PM and the doors are closed on the staff inside just ignore customers waiting.
