It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, you can’t go wrong.
Worst Dunkin around. I stopped going there for a year thinking maybe changes were made. Not the case. The staff is awful. Horrible customer service. They throw frosted wet donuts in a bag because they are too lazy to put them in boxes. It’s sad that they can’t get or keep good staff in that location.
The chocolate covered strawberry cloud latte is a cup of happiness.
I went in to be able to pick out 2 dozen donuts. I walked in and stood around for a few minutes. No one said Hi, be right with you, or even acknowledged me. They were all engaged in serving the drive thru. Finally I had to yell over that I needed help too. No apology just "what do you want". I would have left for somewhere else if I hadn't been needing these for a meeting.
