Went through drive thru & picked up my order & he forgot I returned & I DON'T BLAME THE EMPLOYEE !!! He was all alone running Frontline drive thru internet orders . The owner SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR PUTTING HIM IN THAT POSITION !!! SHAME ON HIM.
Costs!!!!! How can you justify charging $7.14 for what I can buy for $5.83 in Willow Grove PA. Their labor costs are higher, their food costs are higher, taxes, etc etc all higher. That’s 22% more than a reasonable Dunkin competitor. Insane. Not likely to buy anything again after being charged that crazy price. The food costs in Roanoke and greed is apparent. Greed. Paid $15 for a dozen of their valentine's day donuts and over half of them were stale and rock hard. Sadly we had to throw them out. This location is normally out of donuts, or the ones they do have are stale. Sad to say it is not the Dunkin we hoped it would be.
