I come here almost every single night , the only people who can get my order perfect is Arlo and Kat ,and Crystal and Angela do a pretty good job too! I love coming to pick up my order ,I am always greeted with kindness and respect
I was in a crummy mood due to a hectic morning and came to this Dunkin to pick up some food for my bf. The gal working the drive thru was so dang nice I almost told her that her cheeriness turned my whole day around, I wish I would have! The food and coffee were perfect. I forgot to ask for cream and I appreciated her asking, some Dunkin’s won’t. Their energy was so nice and food was so hot I’ve considered going back even though I don’t live near here.
Service is so good. But received wrong item and they fixed it instantly.
Closing 15 minutes before 7pm while the employees stand by the drive through window 😢 it’s happening more often.
