They are so clearly understaffed there were about 3-4 employees in the location juggling orders in store and mobile. I had ordered two donuts and a drink and I waited for about 20 minutes just to get a strawberry refresher and they clearly cannot keep up with their orders. The service was awful and on top of that I was like the only person not getting their order while other people walked out
When I came the worker was cleaning the floor. Another worker took the order but the other worker which was cleaning the floor started making me a coffee without washing her hands after cleaning the floor
The lady's here are the greatest I'll go back just for them
The people working at this location are so kind, warm, and welcoming. It always brightens my morning to chat with them, and they seem to really care about providing great service. The Dunkalatte here tastes great.
The new marshmallow drink is soooooo good and theyre so fast here
