Terrible experience and disrespectful staff. Placed a mobile order at 5:32 AM on Saturday (posted door hours clearly state open at 5:00 AM). Arrived to pick up, and the store was completely locked and pitch black inside. The app gives no option to cancel or get an instant refund. I waited outside until 6:15 AM when an employee finally decided to show up over an hour late. I stopped here to use the restroom and let me tell you, if the cleanliness of the bathroom is any indication of the type of establishment, RUN. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Refuse all over the floor. Urine all over the floor and seat. A broken toilet paper dispenser which allows the roll to fall onto the urine soaked floor. No soap at all. No paper towels. Do not go here, after I ordered and walked away employee charged my card with a tip asking.
Literally my worst experience ever in this Dunkin, please don't visit this Dunkin pick other branch but not this, the person who takes order doesn't know anything about system, don't know how to talk with others, he is so rude. Worst Dunkin branch ever.
