Great customer service
I’ve been going to this Dunkin since it opened. Recently, they are out of most donuts in the morning which is crazy. The last few times my coffee order has been incorrect. I think this is being caused by the printing of the sticker that goes on the cup. Part of the order is being cut off.
Workers seemed bothered by placing orders. Never enough donut inventory. These workers have no proper customer service skills.
I've been coming here 5x per week for 3 years now and they are consistently professional and courteous. They know their customers by name and you can tell Ms. K and Ms O run a tight ship. A+
