The menu at this location was more limited than other Dunkins. The restrooms were not well-maintained. The staff was friendly and acknowledged the store's limited offerings.
Absolutely terrible service. Very rude employees and they should be fired. Maybe stop vaping in the back CARMEN and you'd be able to act like a normal human being.
Very unorganized drive thru. Crazy customer in front of me who refused to leave for over 20 minutes and the manager handled the whole situation very poorly. I ended up having to wait behind him until the Kent Police arrived. Manager should have had the customer park in order to allow the driver thru traffic to move but instead it was a back and forth for over 20 minutes with everyone waiting.
