I ordered a refresher 15 minutes before closing, didn’t think that would be too difficult to complete. The girl who took my order asked me what I would like and after I ordered, said she wasn’t gonna make it because her shift was done in 10 minutes. Not sure why she asked me what I wanted to order even though she was gonna tell me she didn’t want to do it. Maybe close earlier if your employees get too lazy to serve even when the store is open.
The menu at this location was more limited than other Dunkins. The restrooms were not well-maintained. The staff was friendly and acknowledged the store's limited offerings.
