I always have a great experience at this Dunkin’! The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate my requests. A special shoutout to Sussy she is always extremely helpful, patient, and in good spirits. Her positive attitude makes every visit even better. Honestly, the whole team provides excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate them!
The employee dont have a good communication skills and barely speaks English. I understand the this brach want to safe money in labor but hiring incapable people thats no a good road to go
I just received my Uber Eats order . I got two Coolattas that were not made right gave me nothing but chocolate donuts which I did not ask for
Worst drink I have ever had . Worst dunkin. Employees dont care about customers. I asked for a dunkalatte with extra espresso shot . What I recieved is just milk with lot of ice it feels like I am drinking water .
