I used to be a big Dunkin fan and used to got around 4 times a week. The last time, I got extreme food poisoning. It would not stop for two days. I reached out to Dunkin. Debbie from customer service said I would receive a call from the franchise owner and if I did not, I could contact her. I never received a call. I messaged Debbie, who stopped responding. Be careful when dealing with this specific location.

This was by far my most unpleasant experience at a Dunkin’. I visited around 2:30 PM and was shocked to find most of the donuts stale or picked over. I bought three donuts and was surprised to be charged $6 plus had to pay extra for a cup of water. The place was not clean at all. It used to be a decent location, but that’s no longer the case. The fixtures are run down and clearly haven’t been replaced in years. I won’t be returning to this establishment and definitely do not recommend it.
