Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Had to work a job that was downtown setting up for an event at 4am. This was the only 24 hour Dunkin in the area, and I had to place a larger order for the crew breakfast. I placed it an hour in advance to give the staff time, but when I arrived I was yelled at by the employee who said you can’t place large orders before 6am because he is the only staff on duty. I visited Chicago this weekend for a concert, and I have to say, this was one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to! Not only were the employees kind and polite, but one manager really stood out. She welcomed us to Chicago and made us feel truly welcome. Every single penny I spent at this Dunkin’ was worth it. No complaints. They have the best applie fritters going right now. Coffee was what I expected from Dunkin'. Service was friendly and prompt. The dining area was clean and well maintained.
