Terrible service. Did a mobile order for asap pickup. I reached after 10 minutes and the order was not ready. When I enquired, had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get half my order. The place was not crowded at that time. There were no one on the front counter for quite some time
Busy shop, workers do there best
Was trying to get a water bottle and the cashier made us wait for 10 minutes to get it and I missed my bus to see a dying relative.
slow service, barely any workers, was told they cannot print receipts by staff. shady business practices
There is consistently only one person working which is insane because the location is right next to many transportation hubs. You might want to work on hiring people that actually want to be at work because im sure this is due to a bunch of call offs. The workers are upset, the customers are upset. You have 20 people in the store at a time and one person working. Treat your workers better.
