The coffee here tastes better than at most DDs. I had the brown sugar espresso and it was creamy and flavorful. There was only one guy manning the shop tho, but he was on top of it, with tons of patience and kindness
Understaffed. I was the only one there. Walked in and the one employee was too busy with app orders to take my order.
Do sad because this is directed at the corporations even though i know they will never see it. How are they allowing only 1 worker to be serving on a busy sunday. Poor guy was doing everything himself and couldnt keep up. No wonder people quit. June 29, he is literally alone in the whole store doing everything. Do better
One star is for the management. One employee on a busy Saturday afternoon. Poor guy!
