One of my favorite Dunkin locations to visit when I’m in the Ravenswood area. I been going here for a while and at different times. I always receive excellent customer service from each employee and they are always pleasant. I have order a variety of drinks from this location as well and the drinks are always done correctly how I ask. Recommend anyone who is in the area to come here it will be a pleasant experience
The service is alright but since when did they start going light on their frosting? Also I ordered a powdered donut and receive a star donut. They should let us know beforehand. False advertisement.
why not try to do better. it's only by mere convenience that this location is busy. your staff seems overworked and under trained- causes a lot of messed up orders -having the customer have to check to see if they made the order right every time. Also the bagels are day old ones.
Always a great place for a cup of coffee and a donut.
Dude who works there is very unprofessional, rude my coffee wasn't good and I asked for an exchange or if they can redo it and he said there's nothing they could do about it and the ladies were confused to why
