My partner and I went to this Dunkin the other day. After taking a few sips of her caramel crème coffee chiller she spat something out that she almost swallowed - it was a shard of sharp plastic. She looked at the bottom of the cup and there was what appeared to be ice. Dumping the contents out we found a slew of sharp hard plastic bits waiting to be sucked up the straw and into her esophagus. We’re outraged and filing a health complaint, as well as potential legal action as this could’ve resulted in a hospital trip or worse... read more
