Just do not order in person. They prioritize Mobile orders ahead of people standing in line. I have been in a line in the building, and put a mobile order in and got it faster than waiting my turn. They handle one in person order and then 4 Mobile orders and then back to an in person. Recently I forgot my phone, and waited 20 minutes to give my order; only 4 people were in front of me They only have two people working at a time, does not help.
Very nice people working here! Coffee is affordable and the atmosphere is nice too. A lot of sunlight to sera and enjoy your coffee :)
Horrible service and horrible food. I came in for coffee and donuts. The iced coffee was so gross and there was a big black hair in my donut. I went back and they said they couldn't do anything to help me cause I paid with my app so now I have to figure it out. I will never be back if I can give 0 starts I would.
