Unless you want to wait 20 minutes for the mobile order you place before leaving your house, then I would avoid this location. I have given this location several chances to improve over the years and they have not. The customer service and attitude of some of the workers is beyond unacceptable. I suggest changing the name to Grumpy Donuts. Saturday morning and we need to avoid all eye contacts or they will kill you with their negative attitude. Not going there anymore, Kwik Trip has better donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and customer service.
You know, this has gotta be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They always have an attitude when you go there to order very bad customer service. If you don't like your job, don't work there. You don't need to get attitude with a customer just because you're short-staffed and then telling people before you even order that you're gonna have to wait. That's all you treat a veteran
As unfortunate as this is to make this review it’s well overdue. I love Dunkin, but every single time my family orders from here it’s an awful experience. I always place mobile orders for our convenience and Dunkin’s… but every single time we are asked to pull forward and wait. After pulling forward, 5 cars passed in the drive thru getting their orders while we were still waiting for our mobile order. Just 3 drinks, no food.
