It's gotten better over recent years but still one of the less friendly/more inconsistent locations.
I live right around the corner so it’s convenient to place a pickup order and stop in. The staff is always really friendly and greet you if they’re not helping other customers. The reason for the 3 stars is their bagels are sometimes stale and hard to bite through. Also, the store is at times dirty, but this could be because they just got hit by a wave of people.
