Workers are negligent. They forgot to make half your order and can't pay attention when making the drinks and food. They forgot my hash browns then looked at me like I'm crazy when I said it's missing. I've come here multiple times and every time they forgot whipped cream. How can you forget a portion of the drink when you're looking at the order to make it? They also can't focus when there are multiple orders.
I saw a review saying thay this location is permanently closed. It is not. but the google maps location is misleading. It is located inside the 2 N Riverside Plaza Concourse near Riverside News. You cannot access it from the road

This used to be the best Dunkin in the area, but now it's the worst. They need better/more people working there. The lady making the food misses half the orders that come in, and then makes them incorrectly.
