Horrible nasty service. I asked for cream and the unhappy woman at the drive thru informed me they had no creamers and rolled her eyes and said I was suppose to order my coffee with cream...what!!! Really!! I had to pass my coffee back and the other woman with the creamer gave me a look that was so nasty. Both these women need to be educated as to common courtesy. Have you ever walked into a place and immediately felt unwelcomed? The service from the middle aged woman was very unprofessional. She took my order sarcastically, and then did not make my drink correctly. I ordered a croissant and it was the dryest most burnt and stale one ive had at any location. Please do better dunkin. Bring in the robots.
