Should have read the reviews before ordering! Sunday mid to late morning. Placed my order on the app. Super easy.. leave the house less than 5 minutes away. App said could take longer with size of order. I ordered 3 coffees and 2 snakin' bacon orders and a dozen donuts. I get to the drive thru 3 cars infront of me. I speak to the attendant, she says just come to the window. She "sounded" pleasant. The ladies at your window are an embarrassment to your community. Setting up cameras to observe your employees, to observe how they speak to and about your guests is recommended.
Walked in. Tried to order using the touch screen. An employee working the sandwich machine hounded me with questions. He kept asking if I was getting a sandwich, if the answer was no he was leaving. By the time he was done asking his questions he had a full melt down. At that point, I didn’t bother completing my order and walked out.
This was the most crispy dunkin I ever had all the food was on point and the sandwich was loaded with bacon. Easily the best dunkin i’ve ever been to
