Worst dunkin ever. They never get it right. Cashiers are not able to refund. When they mess up your order or charge you for something they don't have your out of luck. Amazing corporate hasn't shut down that location.
very bad service/experience: -the person was basically not willing to work (today around 4 hours ago) -I was not being helped inside and had the impression the worker did hide from me, not showing herself though I was calling her -the screen to order was on but had not listed what I saw and wanted -so I drove around and tried the drive in but there she said that I can't get what I want, only inside what a joke experience, really, in the end I just drove off and went to another Dunkin in Homestead
The best staff - they always remember my order and greet my kids. I choose the location because of the staff!
