Past two times I've ordered my bagel lightly toasted and for some reason they keep giving my cream cheese in a container on the side and then I have no utensils. I didn't ask for it on the side I'm driving I would like to eat it while I'm going to work. If you ask for a bagel with cream cheese it should have it on it shouldn't be on the side if I didn't ask for it. They need to learn how to follow directions cuz on top of that it's an online order how do you get that s*** wrong.
Seriously waited 30+ minutes for my food because they have 2 workers today 9/6 10am. This is not for them, this is for dunkin. Do better and staff your stores. One girl got cussed out
My associate ordered two croissant sandwiches, when she got her order they were wraps! When telling the cashier this he was immediately rude about it and saying “what’s the problem?” “We ain’t got croissants”. Are the workers here too busy to say in advanced if they don’t have something and to ask for a substitution? It was 1:15 on a Friday afternoon so I don’t think they’re too backed up.
The new manager is an absolute embarrassment and terrible to the employees and customers. Food and employees are great but that woman running around screaming is not ok
