Stopped here to get an afternoon coffee my work day. I walked in the bathroom and used it. I could tell that the toilet hadn't been cleaned for several days. There was no soap in the dispenser, which means that at least for today it hadn't been monitored. I decided not to buy a coffee because if the bathroom looks like this I could imagine the hygiene of what's happening in the kitchen. I don't want to get that parasite from anyone.
I spend most of my days ordering Dunkin like at least twice a day. This particular one in the afternoon I was tired from working extra hours and the girl taking my order decide to mock me over the drive through. I am not a confrontational person so I decided to voice my complaint on here if you're going to there don't go in the afternoon
Couldn't get lunch because they apparently closed and cleaned their ovens over 10 minutes before closing. On top of his demeanor, the employee had the audacity to stare out the window as I was driving away as if he didn't just have of the laziest attitudes you could have mid-day.
The service really annoyed me, they had given me half my MOBILE order and that I try to tell and show the employees my order on my phone, I had ordered 3 drinks, 1 order of hash browns, 1 sandwich, 2 boxes of 10 munchkins of 1 type of munchkin (20 munchkins each) and one chocolate donut. I got 1 one drink, the sandwich, hash browns. I still didn't get the 2 other drinks I ordered, the 2 boxes of munchkins and the chocolate donut. One of the employees asked "what was I waiting for?"
