The staff is very friendly. We came not too long before close and they were very generous. Christian was the one who served us and he had a W attitude. Great experience and good service.
Always love my cold brew and this hit the mark! Loved it!
Note on the door saying lobby closed due to short staff (counted atleast 4 employees inside). Only option was a very busy long drive-thru. Do better!
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. Orders are constantly messed up, their drive thru speaker has been broken for months. I keep trying to give them chance after chance, but I'm done. The only reason I got a coffee this morning was because it was free and they messed that up. I didn't order sugar at all and there is a big thick layer of undissolved sugar in the bottom of my coffee and the rest taste so artificial even though I ordered 1 pump of syrup and 1 unsweetened pump.
