Just had the worst experience at this Dunkin. I placed an order through the app, the order said it didn’t go through, but I was still charged for it. I went to the store to see if things could be figured out, the employees were great in trying to help me, but the new Manager was absolutely cruel. Everyone is always super pleasant, they stay on top of what you ask for and make sure everythjng is perfect, great hospitality and clean store as well. All in all great experience!
Wish I could give 0 stars for service. The girl you have at the drive thru window first thing the morning is a piece of work. How is she still employed? I read a few negative reviews on staff and they sound like her for certain. She doesn’t know the menu, argues with customers, and then laughs at people. The dialogue between her and the other girl that works in the opening shift is unprofessional.
