Blsck lady at window was rude. Asked for a medium and they charged for a large. Common practice with drive thru. Forgot the straw and acted like it was a problem when I asked for it. Tons of people in there and we sat for over close to 5 min. They weren't that busy
This location is by far the worst and slowest Dunkin in Wilmington. Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order that was nothing but black coffee and sweetener. The staff didn't acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter just continued to make the orders for drive thru. The customer that came in right before me ordered coffee and food and got it before my order was even found!
