The slowest service....... and btw HINT HINT.... when someone orders avacado toast your actually supposed to toast the bead..
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Zero donuts in the store, barely cooked my sandwich (they gave it to me untoasted and without cheese), and when I asked them to put less cream in my coffee, they returned with an identical coffee, completely disregarding what I asked for. Never coming back to this Dunkin, better off getting coffee at the Lowe's Foods.
This Dunkin' usually has long lines and slow service. This particular store did not honor the free coffee for National Free Coffee Day even when it was literally on the app. Y'all might need to do better.
The lady who helped me today was a godsend. I really appreciate your patience and everything my most recent order. The hot chocolate was excellent by the way! I really appreciate y’all and will be back soon for sure!
Very friendly staff and of course good donuts.
