ZERO STARS is the accurate Rating for this Dunkin because without a doubt the worst Dunkin experience ever. Went in on a weekday afternoon and after waiting in the empty restaurant ( 1 in drive thru ) for a very long time at the vacant order counter, I placed my order and was treated with total disrespect. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Brought my children in to use the bathroom/ purchase a drink. And before I even got to the register, while my child was in the bathroom, I got harassed by an employee that I needed to purchase something in order to use the bathroom. Employ proceeded to tell me that I NEEDED to purchase something first, in order to use their bathroom.
