This is one of the worst Dunkin locations you could go to. If I could give negative stars, I would. Go to the new one on Memorial Drive. There are maybe two staff that work here that aren't miserable and take it out on everyone else. I understand it gets unimaginably busy and overwhelming at times, but no one is forcing you to work there if you hate it THAT much. they forgot my cold foam and before i even said anything the woman taking orders from the drive thru line realized and fixed it for me. everyone was so kind and had amazing attitudes despite it being 7:45am. all the women working this morning deserve a raise. they were all so kind it was the best interaction i have ever had at a dunkin.

i genuinely hate this dunkin. i order a bagel toasted.. WHY IS MY BAGEL COLD! ITS LIKE ITS NEVER TOUCHED A HEAT SOURCE? if i wanted an uncooked bagel i woulda drove my butt down to big y and bought a pack of bagels there. They're so chewy, you could use them as a stress ball! AND i buy a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. i get home, TELL ME WHY THE EGG AND BACON ARENT IN THE WRAP?
