I never have an issue at this location. I know many other people have complained, but I just don't experience the same. Pleasant staff and quick turnaround when I go at 6am
I’ve given this location 3 seperate chances at getting my order right ( they are within a mile from where I live. ) Staff at drive thru were dismissive, and no matter how I ordered my coffee/ latte it was incorrect. First time I waited at the window for 11 minutes. Lady behind me got so aggravated she sped off without her order. It would be nice if the staff was friendly but I care more about the actual product I’m paying for. I will never go back to this location. Do not expect friendliness from any staff member at this location. However, all products served are served correctly and it is your typical Dunkin.
