Do not waste your money here. It seems convenient to order from your room, but take the extra time and go give another place your money. Their food is awfully prepared with no care. We spent $42 for 6 soggy hashbrowns circles, what was supposed to be a pink iced donut with sprinkles, sandwiches that were supposed to be "toasted" and with bacon came not toasted and without bacon. Cold cheese on a "toasted" sandwich.
I thought we had a pretty simple order, I’m gonna try to process what happened and come up with a scenario that makes sense. It’s 6:51 AM at the lodge and I am gonna treat myself to a coffee, but too much as to aggravate my gallbladder. I order myself a half decaf iced coffee with some pumpkin spice flavor (anytime after August 1st and before Christmas is Pumpkin season). It is really slow. They should know it will be busy in the morning and have more staff. Took 30 minutes to get two drinks.
Kiosk is tricky and doesn’t have the usual Dunkin menu. Problem really was the product. I had to ask the girl to make the signature latte correctly and she looked annoyed by the request. My hot pumpkin spice latte was not hot at all and I had to microwave it.
