I ask for easy ice and they keep adding lots of ice to my beverage

If I could give it zero stars I would! I asked my bf to get a box of coffee and two dozen donuts so I could take it to work and these people gave him three creamers and no cups. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! HOW DO YOU GIVE SOMEONE WHO JUST ORDERED A BOX OF COFFEE NO CUPS AND THREE LITTLE CUPS OF CREAM!?!!
I have to mentally prepare myself every single time I need to stop into this location. I'd rather be drafted to fight world war 3 with zero chance of survival than step foot into this dunkin again
