This review is for my visit last night 12/13/25 I ordered via mobile app at 7:11pm, store was supposed to have closed at 8pm and when I got there doors were locked and the 2 young kids they had working kept waving me off. I told them I had ordered ahead and they kept waving me off I told them what about my refund and they said it was my problem to figure out. They close at 8:30 not 9. Looks like no coffee for me! I went again and it turns out they close at 8. I went at 7 and was too late to order a sandwich. I guess they where cleaning all the ovens already and Cant use one 😐
Worst Dunkin ever save yourself a trip and go somewhere else they don’t know how to make drinks and think you are crazy If you ask to remake it
I always place my order on the dunkin app. When I get to the store my iced coffee is ready! Or when i walk in and its still not ready the staff knows me already and hands me the drink personally. My iced coffee is always good!
