Friendly service at this location. Coffee too thin. I don't understand how Dunkin stays in business when so many people you talk to say their coffee is too too thin. They should offer a stronger cup for an extra charge. I don't like adding espresso which is not the way to solve this issue. I like dunkin more than Starbucks flavor but it's so weak I can't really come back.
Rude
The drive thru service is always horrible. Very short, rude, and the girl who took my order today couldn’t even say “you can drive up to the window,” all she managed to say was “you drv”. Aside from everything being overpriced now, the service and portion is ridiculous. They can’t even fill up my cup with coffee. It’s way below the brim. Never coming back.
Don’t you ever go there if you want great customer service!! I’m a frequent customer there and there’s this short older Hispanic lady who is always angry if you try to alter your order. She’s very rude and has no professionalism. She talks about customers with other customers and really needs better training on customer service. I’ll no longer go there. Sucks.
