I have been coming here for years because it’s close to where I live. I know I’m in for a mediocre drink. This Dunkin is one of the worst I have been to in Chicago. I thought with the revamp they were gonna be better. Nope they still burn your food and make your drink terrible. I also wanna add, I paid extra for oat milk cuz I’m lactose intolerant and has little to no oat milk in my iced coffee but everyone else’s drink was almost white from so much milk. Don’t waste your time or money here.
My friends and I are regular customers. We order almost everyday. Eighty percent of the time, the drinks are perfect. However, there are times the drinks taste bad. The last time I went, the cashier Michelle, was incredibly rude. Michelle refused to redo our drinks. As loyal and regular customers, her behavior was inappropriate. I understand it’s frustrating to redo things which is why it is important to do it right the first time, so we won’t be coming back to ask for redos. I asked to speak to a manager but she refused. Need to do a better job in heating up the food products they sell. Let the food cook or customers will get sick
