Ordering food takes forever. Lady at the microwaves is just on her airpod talking on the phone. She took so long that the person behind me #9386 left because she took so long. My number was #9394 and she released food for #9396 before mine came out. Manager had to come to the front and ask what's wrong. Could be new staffing, maybe not their fault. But if you're trying to get in-and-out, this isn't the place. On top of that the bagel was burnt cause she left it in the toaster too long.
Overcharging for coffee it’s cheaper in the app. Crazy
I went in at 6am to order but the 2 employees were chatting amongst themselves and didn't take my order. When I called them, they glared at me and came and took my order. They made and delivered the orders of those who came after me but they made me wait there on purpose. This situation bothered me a lot. I won't just write here. I will complain about you everywhere.
