Always have a good experience when I go there. Food is always fresh. People are very nice.
The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. Counter people cannot speak English and cannot keep track of bills; i.e., counter person tried to charge me for a small coffee I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR yesterday morning. I've been in FOREIGN COUNTRIES where Dunkin Donuts service was better. Unfortunate that this is pretty much the only Dunkin Donuts on the west side of town, because anything comparable would certainly be more appealing--and would put this place out of business.
A woman who works their was totally disrespectful to me. When asked a question. She raised her finger and started yelling "listen listen". NEVER AGAIN
