Hispanic female with red dyed hair is rude and should not be working customer service at all and the Hispanic male wasn’t any better drink was sloppy, mini bagels were burnt, no napkin given and when I asked for some sugar packets she ignored me the first time then threw 2 packets on the counter I will not be wasting money for garbage service, drinks, and food and I would have taken it all back but didn’t want to miss my train - if you don’t like or can’t do your job right don’t work and management should have proper people ... read more
Very bad customer service. Both cashier and server were very rude. Was yelling for no reason. Slow service. Bad food. No napkins.
On 7/27/25 at 8:00 am in chicago union station the dunkin donuts service was terrible the female worker put my drink on the counter and said heres your drink and didnt give me a straw the mLe worker i asked for strawberry dragon fruit refresher and it was just strawberry. I didnt get their names because neither had a name tag. I will never go to dunkin again and will only go to starbucks. My sister asked for sugar packets and the female threw them on the counter like she did my drink.
I have been to this location a few times and the first few times it was fine, but the last couple times the service has been bad. A few weeks ago I stopped by and got a refresher, paid for it and waited. About 10 people behind me all got their drinks and I was a till waiting for it. I asked if it was ready and they said they didn't have the order for it, until the cashier that took my order came up and asked why my order wasn't ready yet.
