Horrible experience. Would rate zero if I could. Staff was rude, refused to take Amtrak vouchers even when the Amtrak people said every restaurant in the station will take them. Breakfast sandwich was very ok, matcha drink didn't taste like matcha whatsoever. Asked for a drink carrier and was met with an eye roll. Doesn't matter if it's a few customers or a thousand customers in a day, you should make every experience pleasant for customers.
Terrible service. Rude, served with a side a of attitude. Lacks empathy, care, consideration, and decency for others. Do better. Disappointed. This Dunkin should shut down.
The workers have a bad attitude and that is not professional
Service was fast, decaf coffee was barely Luke warm. Waste of 3 dollars. Donuts were fine.
I come here almost everyday the little Mexican guy is extremely rude and always has a poor attitude. Whenever you ask him something he always catches a attitude
