Robin is the most disrespectful ignorant woman I've ever met in customer service. Always have an attitude and always rude to customers. That lady needs to get removed. Why do work for customer service jobs if you hate doing customer service duties!?

The employees look so unhappy, as if they’re being beaten there day and night. Also, even though there are two restrooms, the girl with glasses says there is no restroom. She is clearly lying and refusing to open it on purpose.
Waited in line no one in front of me for 8 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted! Than another 4 minutes for just a regular cup of coffee
