Horrible service and coffee. I got yelled at by an employee. I was waiting for my drink and eating the donut I bought with my friend while I waited. The person behind me ended up taking my order. The employee proceeded to yell at me for the other person taking my drink because I was “busy eating my donut with my friend.” No duh?.. I paid for it and was hungry. Very fast and efficient! I am in and out of here with my coffee in 3 minutes.
Bad location and theres a reason i avoid coming here unless im desperate. Bagels are always stiff and never fresh. Any breakfast* item is somehow always lukewarm. Every single donut i have ever gotten here always tastes off and any icing is always melting off in a bad way. Avoid
Received BEYOND great customer service this morning from a nice gentleman - great attitude, friendly smile and even offered to stir the sugar I added to my drink. Made my Monday! Thank you!
