The manage her here is extremely rude. Stood there for 10 minutes texting while two employees ran around, frantically trying to do everything, and Then she was extremely rude to me when I tried to ask about my last missing item, which was a muffin which takes zero effort to get and told me that I was rude even though all I did was ask if I could get my muffins so I could leave. I’m sure nothing will be done about this woman, but I also don’t think she’ll last very long.
I go here every day . I have a cheese allergy and I let them know every day. Today I was told to “have a good day” when I asked to make sure no cheese because of allergies. I will never go here again. This is a huge inconvenience for me. But I’d rather drive 20 minutes to get no cheese
I do not like giving negative reviews for local businesses. honestly, after six years, I cannot hold myself this Dunkin location did a great job in renovation, but I wish they made an effort to train their employees to how to make a drink. A medium sized latte today was served to me as half of the cup size, there was so much sugar in it that I had to mix in the milk I had in my fridge, but it still was so sugary. They repeatedly messed up my 3 item order. I asked for an iced tea with 5 liquid sugar, they gave me an iced coffee with 2 sugar, I asked them to change it due to me not liking coffee and not ordering that item. They still gave me an incorrect beverage and gave me an iced tea with regular sugar which just isn’t the same.
