I went to this Dunkin location to get a large iced coffee. When I paid with a $5 bill, I was told they don't have any change. Ok, whatever, I figured I was going to give them the change as a tip anyways. When they went to fill my iced coffee, the worker had problems getting it to pour, so as I watched her, she moved the cup to decaf and filled it from there. I asked her why she filled it with decaf and she said, "Oh, that's what you ordered." They eventually fixed it, but there's no need to lie to me.
The lady who worked there today @8:45 AM takes customers dunkin points. I seen she had her phone propped up against the screen and scanned her phone first. I wanted to see if she really took my points so I asked her if she can scan my barcode and she did but my points were never received.
Saw a roach in my food it jumped out I was mortified
I’ve been coming to this location since I’ve started my job back in 2023. Estie was very professional and knew her customers, she’d always be professional and honest when certain items weren’t available and do what she could even no other staff. Unfortunately, she isn’t there and current staff now lacks professionalism and good customer service.
