This morning, I ordered a $5 meal deal and was pleased with the freshness of the food. However, I had a concerning experience with the service. When Demetria handed me my order, the bag was tossed onto the counter rather than handed to me directly. I politely asked multiple times if the bag could be handed to me, but received no response. I go to this dunkin daily, but I will tell you I absolutely avoid going when I know there are certain employees working. I can NOT believe that an employee can be an assistant manager but is constantly making orders wrong, and no accountability is ever taken instead she only dishes out attitude especially when asked to have something fixed.
