Horrible service, employees look like they don't want to work, they are not professional at all, and the place is dirty, no napkins, no sugar etc, etc. Also,I have to wait for my order 20 minutes
The new owner is a bad bad person no a little bit of costumer appreciation from him or any other of the workers
Loud YouTube music, not a great place to meet a friend and catch up
This is the worst dunkin location I have ever been to. They are lazy, they dont take my orders correctly 80% of the time. I just had a situation waiting at the drive thru to order for 5 mins with no response. I assumed it was not working and went to the window to order. They refused to take my order and slammed the window shut on me.
