Ordered a bagel with garden veggie cream cheese on it. Was given the bagel with the wrong type of cream cheese in the side. This was not the option i chose in the app and I double checked again just now to see if I maybe selected the wrong option. Nope. I order it to be spread on the bagel because it’s not convenient to do it in the car.

I was at the drive thru and online it says they close at 9pm. It was 8:30 pm and they didn’t even tell me anything. When the guy came to close the doors I called him to asked him if it was close. He didn’t even look at me he just ignored me. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!
Place is as clean as can be kept. Customer service is responsive to customers attitudes. Treat and speak how you wish to be. As have witnessed many customers can be rude, disrespectful, impatient when it's visably busy and display poor home training. Truly only down side for me are customers who very apparently weren't raised properly. Do better Belmont Craign!
