This is the closest Dunkin near me but lately customer service has been worst in the mornings trying to rush the order and not getting it right , I rather drive a little more for this not to happen to me again.
Asked for a chocolate muffin and the worker gave me blueberry. He was unsure if it was chocolate or not. Also I had to repeat my order a few times because he wasn't listening and I noticed he charged me for something else.
I asked for my drink that I always get and they gave me the wrong one when I asked them what I wanted in it
The new staff or management team not only provides the worst service possible, but they can NEVER get an order correct! The quality of the food is atrocious and not worth the cost! I am tired of always having to call to let them know they messed up my order for the millionth time! I strongly suggest you go spend your money elsewhere!
I come here atleast twice a week and order a bagel with cream cheese I noticed the last time they literally put a slither of cream cheese so I went inside to ask for them to add more because they’re was barely anything on it the manager said that’s how much it’s supposed to have . No sir . I told him check the bagels n look for yourself you didn’t put anything . He wouldn’t check them . one of the guys ended up throwing them out by accident and the manager got so mad at him .
