The lady taking orders is rude! She does way too much . She either needs a vacation or to simply find a job at the DMV where she can successfully continue her rudeness. She doesn’t give anyone an ounce of an ability to ask a question about an item or breathe she’s rude! She’s the loudest one there everyone knows who I’m talking about ! FIND A NEW JOB GIRL!
Garage service left me at the window for 15 minutes then told me to leave if i cant wait.
I would absolutely not recommend this Dunkin . when I walked in I proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes while the drive-through was getting their line taken and orders right away at that point I felt like I should’ve just walked through the drive-through without a car. meanwhile, while I’m waiting for my order associate is in the bathroom and the other associates talk about how she needs toilet paper. The workers here today on 6/4/25 are awful! They are extremely unprofessional. They complained about not knowing how to make anything. The language they were using in front of the school kids that just got out was awful. One customer asked them why they were cursing so much in front of kids the employee replied "I'm 26 I can do what I want" you need to TRAIN and hire better staff.
