I’ve been coming here since I was little and I have SEEN the service go down. I’m not usually one to write reviews when I don’t like a place but I’m actually beyond disappointed. I believe her name was Les Marie. I could be wrong about the name but that’s what was written on the receipt. She had long ombré nails. I was super sweet in the beginning, even complimented her nails but was met with an annoyed and cold “thank you” which I didn’t mind. Ordered hot coffee in drive thru. Grabbed and ran due to an appt. Go to sip coffee and it's ice cold. Nothing worse. Did not have time to go back. Waste of $4.
The male employee was very rude with a huge attitude. I will never go there again. Terrible
