Horrible service!! I asked how big the milk is and her response was "its a bottle of milk". My order equaled 18.07 and I gave her 7 cents. She still gave me a 1.93 back. And I order a sausage egg and cheese on a muffin and I got a croissant. The girl working the window does not listen so annoying.

It's 24 hours but dine-in hours are 6 am to 7 pm.

Each Dunkin Donuts are different. However, I went to the location on 8753 S. Stony Island Ave., and ordered 2 medium strawberry milkshakes. The milkshakes that I'm used to then making were always a bit thick in consistency, which was/has always been my preference. But this time around, the shake was way to milky. After asking an associate why it was so milky, she explained to me that there was something with the ice cream/ machines and that the store was aware. This location has the worst service not to mention, they always get the orders wrong. It’s so unfortunate that there’s not much else around the neighborhood where my office is. But from now on I will go an extra mile to the other Dunkin’ For over five years, we have been experiencing bad service, wrong orders, and an overall terrible experience with this location.
