Got a coffee from there this morning that had soap or some type of cleaning product it in it, which made me throw up instantly after tasting it. Unfortunately by the time I took my first drink of coffee I was already 10-15 minutes away to come back and get it fixed. An absolute waste of money.
Nice location
For "to go" order speaker outside does not working well OVER A YEAR many time complained but they never fixing that problem. Also inside buying stuff it is weak hope gonna be ok but i think not. Extremely ignore the customers request.
The customer service at this location is terrible. Order a 5 dollar meal my girl thought she can swap the coffee for a caramel craze. Receive a decaf coffee told the lady at the drive thru can she make me a separate drink. She proceeds to roll her eyes and says something to her coworkers. I never ask for a refund just to make me a separate drink. This is not professional in the slightest, this location needs serious customer service retraining.
